Leading Dutch label Quinny is now recognised as the Rolls Royce of buggies! Celebrity babies are spoiled rotten in them and any self-respecting “Yummy Mummy” wouldn’t be seen pushing anything else. So it’s a welcome surprise that the brand has teamed up with fashion designer, musical artist and filmmaker Henrik Vibskov to produce an exclusive range of quirky products that are “geared towards young mothers with a great sense of style and fashion”.

Vibskov, a Dane, is described by Quinny as a “design maverick”. Best known for his avant-garde fashion collections, he also makes short films and fine art installations. Well, his artistic talent was certainly apparent in the Quinny campaign. One of my favourites in a long time, featuring random synchronised swimmers “modelling” the umbrellas, grown men in a tree house showing off the ponchos and kids in penguin suits playing with drums and deer (separately, obviously).
 
The collection combines intense prints and bright, bold colours with natural materials and subtle details. At €1,100 for the “stroller”, they are expensive but it’s a small price to pay for art! Available, exclusively at Circus Store, Powerscourt Townhouse

The Penguin Bodysuit is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen-I just wish they did adult sizes. If you don’t have a baby, niece, nephew or plans to adopt, bag yourself the shades (€100)-a perfect alternative to Raybans…
