The Luella show was held yesterday morning in Somerset house, named as the new venue for London Fashion Week from next season onwards.

The ex-Vogue journalist Luella Bartley, who threw in the Dictaphone back in 2000 has built up a huge following and her show is hotly anticipated each season. Having shown in New York for 7 years, Bartley moved back to London bringing much hype with her.

I was front-row at the show yesterday morning where we were treated to tea and biscuits (how very British!), as well as a great little goodie bag by Revlon-an added bonus since they've been thin on the ground this week.

Sir Bob Geldof was there with Peaches watching daughter Pixie walk in the show.

I also spoke to Nicola Roberts from Girls allowed who was wearing a cute combination of Luella (who else), Louboutin and Chanel-nice.. She was very sweet and said her favourite shows so far were PPQ and Westwood.

Erin O'Connor, it seems, is a serious fashion fiend – I've seen her front-row at no less than 8 shows so far.

The show delivered all we've come to expect from Ms Bartley – an eclectic, energetic mix of fabrics and trends that are both fashion forward and extremely wearable. Check out my full run down of the show over here.
